A leading technology company with a large global workforce looked to Kelly to process around 700 new-hire onboarding requests every month. Onboarding processes included complex data review, system updates, and screening activity – all under significant time pressure to ensure workers were quickly available to join an intensive training program.
Solution:
We built a digital worker featuring 5 custom automations to centralize hybrid onboarding processes and timecard processing. This worker automatized time and labor-intensive processes such as validating electronic requisition data and background information and obtaining timekeeping reports and validating them against approved ranges.
Results:
