Solution:
Our automation team built 5 custom automations to not only instruct our drug screening partners on specific screening requirements based on the circumstances but read results and take appropriate actions based on set outcomes – including referring results to a human colleague. The digital worker also sends out email notifications and transfers data to internal systems.
