Challenge:
Many of our clients operate in environments that require workers to go through drug screening before they can start working. The process of manually initiating the screening process and having an internal specialist analyze the results was causing a ‘time gap’ in deployment. 

Solution:
Our automation team built 5 custom automations to not only instruct our drug screening partners on specific screening requirements based on the circumstances but read results and take appropriate actions based on set outcomes – including referring results to a human colleague. The digital worker also sends out email notifications and transfers data to internal systems. 

Results:
Automation of the drug screening process has allowed us to deploy workers more quickly, significantly decreasing cycle time, fulfilling talent workforce needs faster and reducing the time our human specialists spend instructing screening and reviewing results – saving valuable operational hours and costs and allowing them to focus on areas where they can add real value.
