Kelly’s largest business unit supports thousands of client employees through complex and time-consuming screening and onboarding processes. Our internal onboarding specialists were spending large chunks of time engaged in repetitive and monotonous data processing tasks.
Solution:
We designed and deployed a Kelly Fusion digital worker to automate key elements of screening and onboarding, including profile and background verification, drug screening request submissions, and final hiring processes. The solution included 10 custom-built automations.
